Banham W106 Casement Window Lock is specifically designed for rebated, narrow style framed casement windows and is finished in either Gold or Silver.

Operated by the window being pulled tight into the frame and screwing a threaded bolt the lock body into an insert located in the stile.
The Banham W106 is secured and released by use of the key.

This lock is at a right angle to the reception plate, which is secured into the stile by a heavy fixed thread.
When the lock is bolted, it tightens the stile to the frame, preventing any movement which gives maximum security
